How do I apply Concealer properly?

When concealing dark under-eye circles, be sure to blend your concealer up to the bottom lash line and both the inner and outer corner where dark lines and shadows make eyes look tired and pinched.
 
Be sure to moisturize your skin well before applying. Concealers can accentuate dry skin and fine lines. Blend well and use as little as possible on all areas. Applying liquid concealer with a small, soft brush allows you to cover area in the exact size and shape needed.
