Please make sure someone is available to sign for your parcel as all parcels require a signature on delivery.

All our payments are processed by Paypal and Google checkout. By using only these two payment systems we NEVER see or store any of your card details or personal financial information.
Your personal payment details are only processed directly between you and the payment gateway using secure encryption methods.
By only using encrypted payment systems such as Paypal and Google checkout, we can assure you that online shopping at Cosmeticdiva is 100% secure.
The only information that we ever retain about you is detail about the order you have placed, in other words, what you bought, your email and the name & address to send the order to.
We do not disclose your name, home/business address, telephone number or email address to third parties except when claims are made for damaged goods or lost orders by post, we will forward your name, address, telephone number and email to Royal Mail to help them deal with our claim for compensation.
Terms & Conditions :-
Returns
If you are returning goods, you must notify us within 7 days after you receive your order. You must then return the goods within 14 days of purchase.
We will accept returned goods at your expense. (You the customer are responsible for cost of return postage) the goods remain your responsibility until they are received at our store, so please obtain proof of posting so that you can claim from Royal mail should they lose your package.
Goods must be returned in the same condition they were sold. Cosmetics cannot be returned if they have been used, have any finger marks on them or the original seals are broken.
We will refund on receipt of the product at our store. Our return address will be on your delivery note enclosed with your order.
Returning faulty or damaged goods
A full refund will be given on all faulty or damaged goods, plus the cost of original postage and return postage but only when goods are received by us.
If one or more items are faulty or damaged within an order for multipy items, the original postage cost refunded will be calculated by the cost of postage of the 1 or more faulty items within the order.
We will refund customer via the way payment was originally made eg. paypal or google.
You must notify us within 7 days after you receive your purchase/s that your item is faulty or broken. You must then return the faulty or damaged goods within 14 days of purchase.
Lost Orders
We post all orders by 'first class recorded delivery'. You will receive a dispatch email when goods are sent out.
If you have not received your item after 5 days, please email us and we will then check the status of your item via Royal Mails Track and Trace facility.
We will send you a reply email with the Royal Mail Track and Trace number and inform you of the status of your parcel.
If you have still not received your item 15 working days after the day your order was posted has passed, we will then refund via the way payment was made.
We will then claim from Royal Mail for the lost parcel. Please be aware all correspondence including your name, address, telephone number and emails to Cosmeticdiva regarding your claim for non delivery or damaged goods will be forwarded to Royal Mail to further their investigations. Royal Mail may contact you regarding our claim for compensation.
Undelivered goods
If your order is returned to us by Royal Mail due to no one available at address to sign for goods and it was not collected within seven days from Royal Mail sorting office, we will refund customer via the way payment was originally made eg. paypal or google. (less the cost of original postage)
If the order is returned to us because no one was available to sign for goods and you wish the goods to be redelivered an addition postage cost of £2.99 will be required.
Important Information
1. We guarantee that all advertised products are genuine.
2. All our products are bought new and unused.
3. Please be aware that shades may appear different in colour depending on the contrast of your computer screen.
4. Some cosmetics are sold loose and may not be boxed or packaged.
5. Some of our cosmetics are not sealed.
6. All products are subject to availability.
7. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be given a refund for the unavailable product(s).
8. All product prices are in £ sterling and exclusive of delivery.
9. We do not accept orders for over 2kg in weight.
10. We reserve the right to decline any order. If your order is declined, you will be refunded via the way payment was made.
