If you have not received your item after 7 days, please contact your local Royal mail sorting office.
The postman may not leave a card through your door.

RETURNS
RETURN OF NON FAULTY GOODS
If you are returning goods, you must notify us within 7 days after you receive them. You must then return the goods within 14 days of purchase.
We will accept returned goods at your expense. (You the customer are responsible for cost of return postage) the goods remain your responsibility until they are received at our store, so please obtain proof of posting so that you can claim from Royal mail should they lose your package.
Goods must be returned in the same condition they were sold. If the product has been used rather than simply opened and examined, we will reduce the refund accordingly. If a product is sealed, the seal must not be broken.
BODY JEWELLERY cannot be returned if sealed packaging is opened.
Cosmetics cannot be returned if they have been used, have any finger marks on them or the original seals are broken.
We will refund on receipt of the product at our store.
RETURNING FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS.
A full refund will be given on all faulty or damaged goods, plus the cost of original postage and return postage but only when goods are received by us. You must notify us within 7 days after you receive your purchase/s that your item is faulty or broken. You must then return the faulty or damaged goods within 14 days of purchase.

PAYMENTS
We use Paypal and Google Checkout as our payment gateways.
Paypal is 100% secure and safe and is handled on encrypted pages.
When you are at the checkout, click on the paypal logo after you have given your address details, you will then be linked into the paypal website, paypal will then give you the option of paying by credit card or by your paypal account. You do not need to have a paypal account if you choose to pay by credit card.
Google Checkout When you've finished shopping and are ready to pay, click on the Google Checkout button. Sign in with your Google Checkout username and password. If you don't already have a Google Checkout account, you can create one. This will be the only time you need to enter your details. Confirm your delivery and payment information with a simple click on the "Place your order now" button, you can also decide at this point whether or not you want to receive promotional emails from this store. Once you've completed your order you can continue shopping. You can track the progress of your order in your Google Checkout account.

We never see your payment or card details, we do not disclose your name or address to third parties.
All products are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be given a refund for the unavailable product(s).
