We guarantee that all advertised products are genuine.

All our products are bought new and unused.

Some cosmetics are not boxed.

Some of our cosmetics are not sealed.

By submitting your order to us, you are confirming that you are aware of these facts.

We will never see your payment details. We only receive your order details from Google checkout and Paypal checkout.

We do not disclose your name or address to third parties/companies.

All products are subject to availability.

If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be given a refund for the unavailable product(s).

All product prices are in £ sterling and exclusive of delivery.

Payment is required within 7 days if ordering by post, if we not receive payment within seven days, your order will be cancelled

We reserve the right to decline any order.

RETURNS

RETURN OF NON FAULTY GOODS

If you are returning goods, you must notify us within 7 days after you receive them. You must then return the goods within 14 days of purchase.

We will accept returned goods at your expense. (You the customer are responsible for cost of return postage) the goods remain your responsibility until they are received at our store, so please obtain proof of posting so that you can claim from Royal mail should they lose your package.

Goods must be returned in the same condition they were sold. If the product has been used rather than simply opened and examined, we will reduce the refund accordingly. If a product is sealed, the seal must not be broken.

BODY JEWELLERY cannot be returned if sealed packaging is opened.

Cosmetics cannot be returned if they have been used, have any finger marks on them or the original seals are broken.

We will refund on receipt of the product at our store.

RETURNING FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS.

A full refund will be given on all faulty or damaged goods, plus the cost of original postage and return postage but only when goods are received by us.

You must notify us within 7 days after you receive your purchase/s that your item is faulty or broken.

You must then return the faulty or damaged goods within 14 days of purchase.

UNDELIVERED GOODS

We try to post all orders within 24hrs but please allow 7 days at busy periods.

All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail first class and signed for option.

You will receive a dispatch email when goods are sent out.

If you do not receive goods within 7 days after dispatch note, please email us.

We will then check the status of your item via Royal Mails Track and Trace facility

Please be aware all correspondence to Cosmeticdiva regarding your claim for non delivery will be forwarded to Royal mail to further their investigations.
